These terms cover your use of eth3r Studio services and communications.
Services
eth3r Studio provides commercial photography services. Project scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed at booking. Final images and usage rights are delivered once payment is complete.
Text messaging
Customers provide their mobile number and opt in when they book a shoot with eth3r Studio, either in person, over the phone, or through the inquiry form at eth3r.studio/contact. At booking we tell them they will receive their gallery link and delivery or account notifications by text, and that they can reply STOP to opt out anytime. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
