Privacy Policy.
Your trust matters to us as much as your photos do. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and the care we take with it.
What we collect
When you reach out or book a shoot, we collect the details you choose to share with us: your name, email, phone number, and information about your project. That is what we need to reply to you, plan your shoot, and deliver your gallery.
If you submit a form on our site, we also note basic technical details such as your IP address and browser, which help us keep the forms secure and working as they should.
If we run a local offer, such as free sample shots for nearby businesses, we use the approximate location from your IP address only to check whether you are in our service area. We do not store your precise location, and we use it only to decide whether to show you that offer.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, schedule and prepare for your shoot, deliver your finished photos, send delivery or account updates, and keep records of our work together, plus related business, legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. We do not use it to profile you or feed an advertising machine.
Cookies and tracking
We keep tracking minimal. Our site uses the first-party essentials needed to load pages and keep the forms working. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not allow cross-site behavioral tracking of your activity from our site.
Because we do no cross-site tracking, we treat every visit the same way and do not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we send you texts about your project, such as your gallery link and delivery or account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Your mobile information will never be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We share it only with the service providers who help us send your project messages, and they may use it solely to do that on our behalf.
Sharing and disclosure
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted services we use to run the studio, such as our email, messaging, and gallery delivery providers, and only so they can help us serve you. They may use your information solely on our behalf.
The service categories we rely on are website hosting, email, text-message delivery, and online gallery delivery. Your mobile number and SMS consent are not sold or shared for any third party's own marketing; we disclose them only to the messaging provider that sends your project messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it, but we will always favor protecting what you have entrusted to us.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards. No website, email system, or gallery platform can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe. When we no longer need it, we remove it.
Your choices
You have a real say over your information. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just send us a note and we will take care of it, subject to any records we need to keep for legal, tax, or legitimate business reasons.
Children
Our work is for businesses and adults. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the US
eth3r Studio is based in Georgia, in the United States, and serves a local and US market. We handle and store your information in the United States, and we do not target or market to people in the EU or UK. Wherever you are, you are welcome to ask us to access, correct, or delete what we hold about you.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we post the new version here and change the date at the top. For a significant change, we make it easy to notice, and where we have your email for an active project, we may tell you directly. This policy is effective as of the date shown above.
