All shoots are on-location. We come to your restaurant, gym, or facility.

Same day for small projects (under 5 photos), 1 week for 5 to 20 photos, 2 weeks for 20 to 50 photos. Larger projects are quoted individually.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. A $100 hold secures a shoot date before the contract is signed.

Cancellation fees depend on timing: 50% of the project total more than 7 days before the shoot, 75% within 7 days, and 100% within 48 hours, plus any costs already spent preparing. Your 30% deposit counts toward the fee, and we would always rather reschedule.

Up to 3 revisions per photo. One retake session is available if the shoot does not meet the agreed scope.
