We keep things clear from the start. Pricing, turnaround, and revisions are all spelled out before you sign anything.
Inquiry
You tell us a little about the project and when you need it. We write back within one business day with availability and a few early thoughts.
Discovery
We get on a call or meet in person to go over deliverables, usage rights, and shot list together. A $100 hold can reserve the date while you think it over.
Booking
Once the details are agreed, we sign the contract and schedule, and a 30% deposit confirms the project. Any date hold you placed is credited toward it.
Shoot
We come to you, on-location at your space. You get a tethered preview so you can sign off on hero frames before we wrap.
Delivery
Color, retouching, and grading are consistent across the full set. Your high-resolution gallery link is sent on final payment.
Pricing terms.
Everything is stated before any contract is signed. Quotes are project-based, with scope, complexity, and usage rights factored into the number.
30% of total
Confirms your booking and holds the shoot date in our calendar.
$100 reservation
Holds a specific date before the final contract is signed. It is credited against your deposit when you book.
15% after booking
If a confirmed project is cancelled, the fee depends on timing: 50 percent of the total more than 7 days before the shoot, 75 percent within 7 days, and 100 percent within 48 hours, plus any costs already spent preparing. Your deposit counts toward it.
Turnaround times.
These are the standard delivery windows. Rush turnarounds are quoted per project, and we will never promise a date we cannot grade to properly.

Three revisions per photo. One retake session.
Up to three rounds of revision are included for every delivered image. If the initial shoot does not meet the agreed scope, one retake session is included at no extra cost. Additional rounds beyond that are billed separately and always quoted before any work begins.
Full commercial usage on final payment.
You receive full commercial usage rights when the final payment clears. We retain the right to feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing, unless a written exclusivity agreement says otherwise.
